top student award

BALI Chalk Fund’s Top Student Award 2024/2025: APPLY NOW

The Top Student Award has two categories, honouring students from both practical landscape courses, and those studying garden design.

The Student Of The Year competition is a two-tiered process, the first stage is at College level, we ask the tutors at each BALI Member College, and training provider to nominate the student that, in their opinion has performed above all others in their year group and that they believe will make a positive impact on the industry in the years to come. The Top Student from each category at each college wins a cash prize.

The second stage involves all the applications received in the first phase, being assessed by a panel of judges to see who will be the BALI Chalk Fund National Students Of The Year.

The winners not only wins a further cash prize but are also invited to attend the prestigious BALI National Landscape Awards to collect their prize and where they can network with the industry’s leading players, who knows, there may even be job offers on the table!!

The winning college or training provider also receive a cash prize and an invitation to the awards.

The 2024/2025 Top Student of the Year Awards (Landscaping and Garden Design) application process is now open - to explore the Application and Entry Process (for students and college tutors) - view the Guidance Notes here.
