The BALI South Thames committee organised a spectacular summer ball at Brighton’s Hilton Metropol (31-08-18), the first event of its kind in the region and with a James Bond theme, there were Tuxedos and bond girls aplenty, and even odd job made an appearance!
Apart from being great fun, the purpose of the evening was to raise money for the BALI Chalk Fund, and they raised funds (Pussy) Galore, Chairman of BALI South Thames, Pete Jones said “we made a commitment earlier this year to rise a significant sum of money for BALI Chalk Find, their support of the Go Landscape initiative is critical to bridging the skills gap the industry currently faces, and we are delighted to have raised over £8,000 with this flagship event, feedback has been fantastic and the venue is booked for more fun next year, we hope this event will grow to become a must have, in the industry diary”.
Tickets are not on sale yet but save the date for next year’s event which is booked for 30th August 2019, Brighton was chosen to host the event because there is so much to do, many of this year’s attendees made a weekend of it, why don’t you give it a try and raise much needed funds in the process.
